I was in the Army Airborne Infantry, and got out to become a fireman/paramedic, and a husband/father. I think the toughest part of it all is trying to be a great father. 

Part of being a great dad is giving your children religion and guidance. My wife and I were solid on our faiths before marriage and neither would convert so our kids have two religions instead of one. I realize  that this may seem strange but you can not force anything with family so in absence of nothing why not give my kids the splendor of both faiths.
